I’m 34 now, but my fitness journey kicked off when I was just 14. In no time, I became a two-time St. Petersburg arm-wrestling champion. I’ve also competed in bodybuilding in the Men’s Physique category. With over 10 years of self-driven training in the gym, what started as a passion has turned into a career—one where I get to help others crush their fitness goals.
